Well, that's the reason for the group.
Our basic goals are:
- To ignite a fire for God
- To form our lives around the Word
- To know the reasons for our faith
- To understand how agape loves works
Where we are...
Currently we have no set time or set place. Our sincerest apologies for those who need to know everything in advance. But just like the ancient worshipers, we are meeting in each others' houses or in our big house (the church).

Agape is...
About love, and not necessarily the feel-good kind. Agape is the Greek word for sacrificial love, and it is used to illustrate the kind of love Jesus had for us on the cross. How hard is it for us to grasp this? Let Horatius Bonar's hymn paint the picture for you:
"'Twas I that shed the sacred Blood,
I nailed him to the Tree,
I crucified the Christ of God;
I joined the mockery.
And of that shouting multitude
I feel that I am one.
And in that din of voices rude
I recognize my own.
Around the Cross the throng I see
That mock the Sufferer's groan;
Yet still my voice it seems to be,
As if I mocked along."
I nailed him to the Tree,
I crucified the Christ of God;
I joined the mockery.
And of that shouting multitude
I feel that I am one.
And in that din of voices rude
I recognize my own.
Around the Cross the throng I see
That mock the Sufferer's groan;
Yet still my voice it seems to be,
As if I mocked along."
